About the Glider Bat Articulated Figurine
The Glider Bat combines the mystique of nocturnal flight with cutting-edge flexi-print technology. Every wing membrane segment articulates independently, letting you recreate swooping poses, resting positions, or dramatic mid-flight stances. The segmented spine flexes naturally, giving this fantasy creature lifelike movement you can manipulate endlessly.
Design & Articulation
Printed in specialized flexible PLA filament at our Quebec facility, this bat maintains joint flexibility through thousands of repositioning cycles. The print-in-place design means every movable part arrives ready to pose—no assembly, no loose pieces. Wing joints feature reinforced connection points that balance flexibility with structural integrity.
Perfect For
- Fantasy collectors seeking kinetic sculpture
- Desk articulated collectible enthusiasts
- Gothic and dark fantasy décor
- Decorative display through tactile manipulation
Made in Quebec using premium flexi PLA, each Glider Bat showcases the precision and creativity of 3DCentral’s industrial print farm.
Flight Mechanics, Fully Adjustable
The Glider Bat’s wings articulate membrane by membrane, which makes every pose a wingspan decision: full spread for the swoop across a shelf edge, half-fold for the roost under a monitor, or the wrapped rest that reads gothic from any distance. The flexible spine follows wherever the wings lead. A soft brush at the wing joints keeps the flight envelope open; daylight tolerated, never preferred. Recommended age: 14+. Not a toy. Not intended for children under 14.
The Nocturnal Wing Expands
Beside Beth the keychain and the vampire bat it completes the colony’s three builds — the commuter, the omen, and now the aerialist.
Roost Certification
Each Glider Bat is printed in flexible PLA at our Laval, Quebec facility, every membrane joint cycled before shipping — airworthy by inspection, nocturnal by preference.
