Frequently asked questions
How is this project priced?
The displayed figurine estimate is not a quote for 3D model-file printing or bulk work. We review geometry, scale, material, quantity, finish and timing before confirming a price.
What photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo from the front — ideally one from a ¾ angle too — at least 1000 × 1000 px. For a couple or pet, a clear photo of each subject.
How much time should I allow?
Timing depends on modelling, revisions, print capacity and destination. Add your needed-by date; we confirm a feasible schedule before payment. Priority handling does not guarantee delivery.
What rights are required?
You retain the rights you already hold in the supplied model. Printing does not transfer third-party rights; we require authorization for protected designs.
Does this form create an order or instant preview?
No. It sends a feasibility request to our team. We reply with next steps, scope, price and feasible timing before payment; for a 3D model file, we also provide a secure transfer method when the project is feasible.
Can I order a figurine of someone else?
Yes, as a gift — as long as you have their consent (and a parent’s consent for a child). We decline celebrities and licensed characters.
Is this safe for a baby or young child?
No — it is a keepsake to display, not a toy. Recommended age: 14+. Not a toy. Not intended for children under 14. Printed figurines have small parts and fine details that can break off and present a choking hazard, so keep them out of reach of infants and young children.
