You can cancel anytime, and shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Because every item is 3D printed on demand specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We are developing an on-demand custom 3D printing service where you can upload your own design file (STL, OBJ, or 3MF), get an instant volume-based quote, choose your material and color, and have it printed at our facility in Laval, Quebec.
