Description
Articulated Raptor Skeleton Figurine
A raptor skeleton, built low and leaning forward the way the animal actually stood — not reared
up like the museum poses of forty years ago.
What it looks like
The skull is deep and boxy, pierced by an eye socket and two further openings down its side, with
the lower jaw hung open below on a hinge and cones of teeth set top and bottom. From shoulder to
tail the body runs level, counterbalanced across the hips.
How it moves
Jaw, neck, spine and tail all articulate on printed-in joints, and the legs turn at the hips. It
arrives assembled and working.
Living with it
Its long low stance means it takes up more depth than height, which suits a keyboard tray or the
front edge of a desk better than a tall shelf.
Choosing a finish
This design is offered in 30 finishes on this page — single-tone gemstone colours through to multi-colour silks. Whichever you pick is printed to order in that filament, so the colour goes all the way through the model instead of sitting on top of it, and a scuff will not show a different colour underneath.
