Custom Bobbleheads From Your Photo — Big Head, Big Smile, Made in Quebec
Send us your photos and our team designs a 12 cm bobblehead of that person, printed at our workshop in Laval, Quebec. Our bobbleheads are designed to move: a 3D-printed PETG spring, a hollow head and keyed sockets, no metal spring glued in. A big-head figure that does not move is a different product.
The request page opens with “Bobblehead” selected. Sending a request costs nothing and is not an order.
How ordering works
- Send your request. Choose your colour plan, add sharp photos of the face (front and three-quarter) and describe the pose, outfit and occasion. You see the estimate before you send.
- Approve the concept and price. Our team designs your bobblehead and sends you the concept with its price. You approve it, or ask for changes, before you pay.
- Pay, then approve the 3D model. After payment, we prepare the 3D model and you approve it before printing.
- We print it in Laval. Your bobblehead is printed, assembled and packed at our workshop, then shipped.
Designed to move
The head and the body are printed as separate parts. The head is hollow, so it stays light, and sits on a 3D-printed PETG spring. Each design is checked before it is printed: if a pose or a detail would stop the head from moving well, we tell you before you pay. We never swap in a fixed head without your agreement.
Colours and finish
Your bobblehead is printed on our FDM printers in filament colours: plant-based PLA for the figure and PETG for the spring. Nothing is painted. Fine layer lines and small marks are part of the FDM look, and we make each piece as well as we can. There are three colour plans: up to 4 colours is our best price, up to 8 colours costs a little extra, and 9 to 16 colours costs a bigger extra. Premium resin is planned for 2027 and is not currently available.
Price
A standard bobblehead is 12 cm tall. It is priced on our custom-figurine size ladder for your colour plan, plus C$20 per moving head for the spring and the assembly. The request page shows the estimate as you choose, and the exact price is confirmed with your concept, before you pay. For another size, or several people (one person per bobblehead), our team quotes the project.
Frequently asked questions
Does the head really move?
Yes. The head and body are printed separately, and the head sits on a 3D-printed PETG spring, so a light tap makes it bob. There is no metal spring glued into the neck.
How big is it?
The standard bobblehead is 12 cm tall. For another size, choose “Another size or several people” on the request page and our team quotes it.
How much does a bobblehead cost?

Can a bobblehead show two people?
Each bobblehead is one person with one moving head. For a couple or a group, choose “Another size or several people” on the request page and our team quotes the whole project.
Is it painted?
No. The colours come from the filament, up to 16 colours depending on the plan. Nothing is painted, and resin is not currently available.
Can AI design my bobblehead right away?
No. AI-Assisted design is not offered for bobbleheads. Our team designs each bobblehead with you.
How long does it take?
Timing is confirmed with your concept and quote.
Is it a toy?
No. It is a display collectible for ages 14 and up. It has small parts and a moving head, so keep it out of reach of young children.
Can I order a bobblehead of someone else?
Yes, as a gift, as long as you have their consent, or a parent’s or guardian’s consent for a child. Use only photos you are allowed to share.
Confirm the movement as well as the likeness
Share authorized photos, the desired pose and the finished height. Say whether actual head movement is essential or whether an exaggerated portrait style is enough. A moving-head request needs its mechanism, balance and assembly assessed; the name of the format alone does not guarantee those features.
