Every 3DCentral piece is printed to order in Laval, Quebec, and ships by standard shipping: we do not offer an expedited or express service. That keeps the calendar simple. There is one order-by date for delivery in Canada before Christmas, and once it has passed, the options below are what remain.
The Order-By Date

Our published windows are 2 to 5 business days to print and pack an order, then 3 to 7 business days in transit within Canada after dispatch. Counting back from December 24 with the slowest of both, 12 business days, gives the order-by date for delivery in Canada. Our Christmas collection page shows this year’s date while it still applies.
Orders placed after that date may still arrive in time, but we cannot promise it, and checkout has no faster shipping option to add.
Gift Cards: No Shipping Needed
If the date has passed, or you are not sure what to choose, a 3DCentral gift card skips shipping entirely. Gift cards are digital, come in $25, $50 and $100 values, and the code is emailed to you once your payment goes through, so you can print it, write it in a card or forward it.
The recipient enters the code at checkout, and the card never expires. If an order uses less than the full value, the remaining balance is emailed as a new code.
Ordering After the Date
If you order after the date, give the recipient a note or a printed photo of the piece on Christmas Day and let the parcel follow. Every shipped order includes tracking: the shipping confirmation email carries the tracking number, which you can share so the recipient can follow the parcel.
Shipping to the United States
US orders ship Delivered Duty Paid, with longer transit than within Canada, and there is no US order-by date. If a US parcel has to arrive before Christmas, order well ahead of the Canadian date, or choose a gift card.
