A sharp, well-lit photo from the front — ideally one from a ¾ angle too — at least 1000 × 1000 px. For a couple or pet, a clear photo of each subject.
Timing depends on modelling, revisions, print capacity and destination. Add your needed-by date; we confirm a feasible schedule before payment. Priority handling does not guarantee delivery.
Your custom figurine is yours, for personal use. We don’t resell your likeness. Reference files are stored privately and used only for the request. They are not used to train AI models. (3DCentral’s Commercial License covers only our original designs and does not apply to custom creations.)
No. The form sends a request to our team. After reviewing your references, we email a 3D preview for approval before printing or payment.
Yes, as a gift — as long as you have their consent (and a parent’s consent for a child). We decline celebrities and licensed characters.
No — it is a keepsake to display, not a toy. Recommended age: 14+. Not a toy. Not intended for children under 14. Printed figurines have small parts and fine details that can break off and present a choking hazard, so keep them out of reach of infants and young children.
