How would you like us to design it?
Either way, you approve your design before anything is printed, and the print price is the same. Your photos and choices carry over.

What happens next
A designer on our team reviews your photos and idea.
You get a concept and your print price by email, usually within 5–7 business days.
You approve it — or ask for changes — before you pay for anything.
Then you order your print. Printing: usually 2–5 business days (orders under 10 units), then shipping.
Right after payment, our AI design agents draw a colour concept for you to approve.
Then they build your 3D model, and a person on our team checks it before you see it.
You turn your 3D preview, then approve it or ask for a change — usually within 1–2 business days of payment, not counting the time you take to approve.
You order your print with your $7.95 CAD fee credited. Printing: usually 2–5 business days (orders under 10 units), then shipping.
What your $7.95 CAD AI design fee covers
AI design fee: $7.95 CAD + applicable taxes
What you get: one AI-assisted custom design from your photos and description. You receive a concept image to approve, then an on-screen 3D preview that a member of our team checks before you see it. No downloadable 3D file is provided.
When: usually within 1–2 business days of payment, and no later than 5 business days. If we miss that limit, we refund you automatically.
If something goes wrong on our side: if our system or a supplier fails and we can’t deliver a usable preview, we refund the full amount paid, taxes included.
Changes included: 1 on your concept and 1 on your 3D preview (two separate allowances). You can also switch to a Human-Assisted design at any time.
Credit toward your print: order the print within 30 days of receiving your preview, and the full $7.95 CAD, plus the taxes you paid on it, is credited to that order as a payment.
Not refundable once delivered: once a usable preview has been delivered, the fee pays for the design work done and is not refundable. After 30 days the credit ends.
Previews are approximate. Colours, fine details and proportions on screen can differ from the printed object.
$7.95 CAD + applicable taxes Taxes are calculated at checkout from your billing address.

Which AI tools, and what each one receives
OpenAI (OpenAI OpCo, LLC, United States). Image models create concept images; language models help analyze and describe the request. Data sent to its API is not used to train its models unless the customer opts in to share it; it may be kept for up to 30 days, mainly to monitor for abuse. Receives: the photos and the description of the request.
Google Gemini (Google LLC, United States; may also be processed in any country where Google or its agents have facilities). Creates and refines concept images and helps analyze the request. How Google may use and keep this data is governed by its Gemini API terms: for paid services, Google states that it does not use the data to improve its products and keeps it for a limited period to detect abuse. Receives: the photos and the description of the request.
Hyper3D Rodin (Deemos Corporation, a United States company; it does not disclose where it processes data). Creates the 3D model. Its API policy states that this data is not used to train its models and is deleted from its active systems after 7 days. Receives: images of the design, normally the concept image created from the photos, and in some cases a photo provided by the customer.
Tripo AI (Holymolly Limited, Hong Kong; data may be processed in the United States and other countries). Creates the 3D model. Tripo states that, for paid accounts, it does not use this data to train its AI. Receives: images of the design, normally the concept image created from the photos, and in some cases a photo provided by the customer.
3DCentral (in-house AI, on equipment we control in Québec, at our premises or in a data centre in the Montréal area). Open models, such as Microsoft TRELLIS, and local language models create or refine concept images and 3D models. Data is not sent to the publishers of these models. Receives: the photos, the description and the design images.
My information may therefore be processed outside Québec and Canada, in the United States and other countries (Hyper3D does not disclose where it processes data), where it may be accessible to courts and authorities under local law. A member of the team reviews every 3D model before I see it. If an automated safety check blocks my request, I’m told and a team member can review that decision. 3DCentral Solutions Inc. keeps my photos for no more than 30 days after my request closes (14 days if a photo shows someone under 18). I can withdraw this consent at any time; before work starts, my request is cancelled and refunded. How we protect your photos · Questions: info@3dcentral.ca
