A collectible figurine in full early-aviation kit, built as a display piece with a deliberately vintage read: leather cap, goggles pushed up, scarf. Flight decor tends toward the technical — blueprints, models, instrument dials — and this is the one warm object in that room.

Print notes
Printed in PLA at a 0.16 mm layer height on our own FDM machines. Goggles and a scarf are both thin, overhanging features; this layer height is what keeps the goggle rims round and the scarf edge crisp rather than soft.
Hangar and office placement
It stands unaided on a desk, a windowsill or a shelf in a flight school lounge. Hangars swing between cold and hot and the heat is the half to watch — PLA is happy in the cold and unhappy in a parked car in July, which is worth remembering if it is travelling to a presentation.
