  • Keychain format for portability
  • Flying squirrel character details
  • Collectible and bag charm

Printed in premium PLA at our Quebec facility. 3DCentral partners with the flexi design community to bring innovative articulation technology to portable collectible formats.

Pocket Wildlife, Everyday Carry

The keychain format is the genius move: mesh articulation you can carry, a flying squirrel that commutes. Clip Merle to a backpack zipper, a lanyard, or the keys themselves, and the flexible body survives the pocket life that would defeat rigid figures. Transit riders and everyday-carry enthusiasts get a fidget-free conversation starter that lives where they do. A rinse-free wipe with a dry cloth keeps the mesh clean; skip the washing machine, always. Recommended age: 14+. Not a toy. Not intended for children under 14.

The Gift That Travels Itself

Small enough for card envelopes and stocking-scale exchanges, sturdy enough for daily carry — few gifts work this hard at this size.

Built for the Commute

Each keychain is printed in durable PLA at our Laval, Quebec facility, with the mesh articulation flexed and the clip loop checked before it ships. Pocket life is hard on small objects; this one was printed with that job description in mind, and it shows in the details.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does "articulated" mean for 3D printed figurines?

Articulated figurines have movable joints printed in a single piece — no assembly required. Arms, legs, tails, and other parts move freely right out of the box. This print-in-place technology is one of the most impressive capabilities of modern 3D printing.

Are articulated figurines fragile?

Our articulated prints are designed with reinforced joints and printed at 0.16mm layer height for optimal flexibility and strength. While they are meant for display and light play, treat the joints gently when posing for the first time.

What age are articulated 3D prints intended for?

Articulated figurines are collectible display pieces intended for ages 14+, not toys. The joints are made for gentle posing on a desk or shelf rather than rough handling. Small parts may present a choking hazard, so keep them away from children under 14 and from pets.

What material are articulated figurines printed in?

We use PLA filament at 0.16mm layer height for articulated prints. This provides the perfect balance of flexibility at the joints and rigidity in the body. Printed on our industrial farm in Quebec for consistent quality.
