Description
Articulated Triceratops Skeleton Figurine
A triceratops skeleton, and the most architectural shape in the range — nearly all of its
character sits in the head.
What it looks like
A trio of horns stands above a heavy beaked skull. Behind them the neck frill opens out wide,
pierced by windows through the bone, which is how the real animal carried it without the weight.
Past a full cage of ribs the tail steps away in segments and ends flat and blunt.
How it moves
The spine and tail flex through their joints and the head turns on the neck. Frill and horns are
one printed structure and do not move.
Living with it
Seen head-on the frill is the whole product; seen from the side it almost vanishes. It rewards
being placed facing outward rather than along a shelf.
Choosing a finish
This design is offered in 30 finishes on this page — single-tone gemstone colours through to multi-colour silks. Whichever you pick is printed to order in that filament, so the colour goes all the way through the model instead of sitting on top of it, and a scuff will not show a different colour underneath.
