Articulated Stegosaurus Skeleton Figurine
A stegosaurus skeleton for a desk or a curio cabinet, and probably the most recognisable outline
in this range even from across a room.
What it looks like
Two offset rows of broad plates march from the shoulders back toward the hips, each one rising
from a narrow stalk into a wide leaf. The skull is small and carried low against the bulk of the
body, and the tail finishes in paired spikes.
How it moves
The spine and tail articulate through printed-in joints, so the tail swings and the body curves.
The plates do not move — they are part of the spine, as they were on the animal.
Living with it
The plates make it wider than it looks in a photograph, so give it a little more shelf depth than
you would a duck. It stands unaided on four legs and does not need a base.
Choosing a finish
This design is offered in 30 finishes on this page — single-tone gemstone colours through to multi-colour silks. Whichever you pick is printed to order in that filament, so the colour goes all the way through the model instead of sitting on top of it, and a scuff will not show a different colour underneath.
