The Wood Carved category gathers the pieces we print with a carved-timber look: figurines, reliefs and small sculptures whose surface reads as grain, gouge marks and hand-tooled texture. No wood is involved. The effect comes from the sculpt itself and from the way the layers are printed in PLA. Each listing is a finished physical piece for a shelf, a mantel or a desk, not a digital file.

What is in the range

Several threads run through it. Figures and portraits: a Wood Carved Santa Claus with a detailed beard and a classic stance, a Thomas Jefferson figurine, a Patriot, an Ice Skater, a Father and Daughter pair and a Romantic Embrace. Spiritual and memorial pieces: the Wood Carved Angel of Everlasting Love, a second angel figurine and the Dove of Peace. Finishes named on the product pages include a Classic Birch that gives a pale, grain-textured look, shown on the Santa Claus and the Quebec Forest Spirit, and a darker Black Walnut used on pieces like the alligator. The finish is a PLA colour and print texture, not a stain, and a piece needs nothing more than a dust-free shelf out of direct sun. The display guide covers lighting and spacing for shelf groups.

Designers

A small number of these pieces are original 3DCentral designs; most of the category is catalogued without a named studio, and a handful come from independent designers such as Triple G Workshop, printed with permission. Where a designer credit is on record it appears on the product page, along with the material and the colour options currently offered. Do not assume that a piece printed by 3DCentral was designed by 3DCentral.

Printed to order in Quebec

Pieces are printed on demand in PLA at our print farm in Laval, Quebec, so we make what is ordered rather than holding stock of each subject in each finish. These are decorative collectibles for teens and adults: shelf and mantel pieces, not outdoor ornaments. Buying a physical piece does not include its file or any permission to print copies. The carved look pairs well with the broader figurines category and with our busts, and pieces such as the forest spirits and the Dove of Peace are grouped with other made-in-Quebec gifts.
