The Cats category gathers the feline figurines we print: breed portraits, character cats, articulated big cats and skeleton cats, plus a few seasonal pieces. Each listing is a finished physical piece printed in Quebec for a desk, a shelf or a curio cabinet, not a digital file.

What is in the category

The most recognisable thread is the breed series: Ragdoll, Russian Blue, Grey Tabby, Selkirk Rex, Scottish Fold, Norwegian Forest, Oriental Shorthair, Lykoi, Exotic Shorthair, Himalayan and Abyssinian cats, most offered in one or more of four recurring bodies: Toast, Pumpkin, Teddy Bear Cub and Bunny. The Toast body sets the cat on a slice of toast; the Ragdoll Cat Toast page describes it as a Ragdoll with a playful toast theme in multi-colour PLA. The Pumpkin and Teddy Bear Cub bodies are named for the form the cat is given, and around a dozen listings each carry the Toast and Pumpkin names. Character cats come next: the Chef Cat in chef’s attire with a tiny toque, the Chibi Skeleton Cat, and the Knitted Heart Cat, a heart-shaped body with a knitted texture made for Valentine’s Day. Articulated cats account for 16 titles, from the Baby Gob Cat five-pack and the Steampunk Cat to the Saber Tooth Tiger Skeleton, whose product page describes a hinged lower jaw, a spine and tail that flex through printed joints, limbs that turn at the shoulders and hips, and a choice of 30 finishes. Skeleton cats are their own small vein of five titles.

Choosing a cat for display

Decide first whether you want a still piece or a posable one. The breed series and the character cats named above are still sculptures that need nothing more than a dust-free shelf out of direct sun; the articulated cats and skeletons move at their printed joints and should be handled gently the first few times. Dimensions, the material and the colour options are on each product page and differ from piece to piece, so check the height before buying for a narrow shelf. The display guide covers lighting and spacing; a breed portrait beside the toast or pumpkin variant of the same breed makes a tidy pair.

Designers

About three-quarters of the category is catalogued without a named studio (90 of 116 listings on 23 September 2026). Six pieces are original 3DCentral designs. TwistyPrints and STLFlix each have several cats here, and Zou3D, Pinky Wings, Printverse, Flexi Factory, Cinderwing3D, Mystic Mesh 3D and ArtFlex one or two apiece, printed with permission. Where a credit is on record it appears on the product page. Buying a physical cat does not include its file or any permission to print copies.

Beyond cats

These are shelf collectibles for teens and adults, printed to order in PLA rather than pulled from a warehouse. Dog people have the dogs category, and the posable pieces belong to the wider articulated figurines range. If your own cat is the one you want on the shelf, the custom pet figurine service works from a photo. Cats bought as desk companions sit alongside the rest of our desk decor.
