By accessing or using our website at 3dcentral.ca (the “Website”), placing an order, subscribing to any of our services, or downloading files from our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. General Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Website and all products and services offered by 3DCentral Solutions Inc., a company incorporated in the Province of Quebec, Canada, with its principal place of business at 1325 Rue Bergar, Laval, QC H7L 4Z7. By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Products and Pricing
All products listed on the Website are decorative 3D printed collectibles manufactured at our facility in Laval, Quebec, Canada. Our catalog includes original 3DCentral designs as well as curated models from licensed community artists. All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order on the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by 3DCentral. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
Because all products are 3D printed on demand, order cancellations are only possible before production has begun. Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@3dcentral.ca.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Standard processing time is 3 to 7 business days. 3DCentral is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. For full details, please visit our Shipping Information page.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because every item is 3D printed on demand specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, we will replace it at no charge provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. 6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and 3D model files, is the property of 3DCentral Solutions Inc. or its licensed community artists and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Website without our express written permission.
Community artist designs featured in our catalog are used under license. The intellectual property rights for those designs remain with their respective creators. Purchasing a physical print does not grant you any rights to the underlying digital design file.
7. Commercial License and STL Library
3DCentral offers subscription-based license plans that grant access to our STL file library and associated rights. The STL library contains 3DCentral original designs only. Community artist models are not included in the STL library and are available exclusively as physical prints.
- Supporter License ($19.99/month): Grants access to the STL file library for personal use printing only. You may download and print designs for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- Commercial License ($49.99/month): Includes everything in the Supporter tier plus the legal right to print and sell physical copies of 3DCentral original designs on third-party platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, and at markets or craft fairs.
All license rights are valid only while your subscription is active. Upon cancellation or non-payment, all rights granted under the license are immediately revoked. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital STL files under any circumstances. Each subscription generates a unique License ID and is non-transferable.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 3DCentral is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3DCentral Solutions Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Website, your purchase of products, or your participation in any subscription service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall not exceed the total amount you paid to 3DCentral in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 3DCentral does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with Quebec Law 25 and applicable Canadian privacy legislation.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec, District of Laval.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
