At 3DCentral Solutions Inc., every collectible is 3D printed on demand at our facility in Laval, Quebec, Canada. Because each order is produced specifically for you, processing and shipping times may differ from traditional retail. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we get your collectibles to your door.
Processing Time
All orders are 3D printed on demand using our fleet of over 200 industrial printers. Standard processing time is 3 to 7 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Processing time may vary depending on the complexity and size of the collectible, the number of items in your order, and current print queue volume. During seasonal promotions or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will always keep you informed via email if any delays are expected.
Shipping Within Canada
We are proud to ship from Quebec to every province and territory across Canada. Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 3 to 7 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched. We use trusted Canadian carriers including Canada Post and Purolator to ensure reliable delivery.
Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD within Canada. For orders under $100 CAD, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your package and your delivery address.
Shipping to the United States
We ship to all 50 US states. Standard delivery to US addresses typically takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Shipping rates for US orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your state and order value. 3DCentral is not responsible for any additional customs charges assessed by US authorities.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to most countries worldwide. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination but generally range from 7 to 21 business days. Orders over $200 CAD qualify for free international shipping. For orders under $200 CAD, international shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may be assessed by their country.
Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your collectibles have been printed, quality-checked, and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package in real time through the carrier website. You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your account on our website and visiting the Orders section.
Mystery Box Shipping
Mystery Box subscription orders are shipped monthly. Shipping for Mystery Box orders is calculated at checkout based on your location. Mystery Box shipments follow the same processing and delivery timelines as regular orders. Because Mystery Box contents vary each month, the weight and size of each shipment may differ, which can affect the shipping cost.
Packaging and Quality
Every collectible is carefully inspected at our Laval, Quebec facility before shipping. We use protective packaging materials designed to keep your 3D printed figurines safe during transit. Items are individually wrapped and cushioned to prevent damage. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement at no charge.
