At 3DCentral Solutions Inc., we take pride in the quality of our 3D printed collectibles and decorative items. Every piece is inspected before shipping, and we stand behind our craftsmanship. This policy outlines your rights and options if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products: STL files, Commercial License subscriptions, and any digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • Mystery Box items: Due to the surprise nature of these products, Mystery Box contents are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Custom on-demand prints: Items manufactured to your specifications through our on-demand 3D printing service are non-refundable, as they are made to order.
  • Sale and clearance items: Items purchased at a discounted or clearance price are final sale.
  • Items showing signs of use, modification, or customer-caused damage.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@3dcentral.ca within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect.
  3. We will review your claim within 2 business days.
  4. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or ship a replacement at no additional cost.

For defective or damaged items, 3DCentral covers all return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return for an eligible item:

  1. Email us at info@3dcentral.ca with the subject line “Return Request — [Your Order Number].”
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.

Important: Do not send items back without first receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or damaged items: 3DCentral pays return shipping.
  • Change of mind or other reasons: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. 3DCentral is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe / credit card).
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times can vary.
  3. Contact your bank — there may be additional processing time.
  4. If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@3dcentral.ca.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@3dcentral.ca with your order number and photos of the issue.

For exchanges due to preference (e.g., different color or model), please initiate a standard return and place a new order for the desired item.

Subscription Cancellations

Recurring subscriptions, including the Commercial License and Mystery Box subscription, can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the billing cycle.
  • Commercial License rights are revoked immediately upon subscription expiry.

Quebec Consumer Protection

This policy is provided in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec) and applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation. Nothing in this policy limits or overrides your statutory rights under Quebec or Canadian law.

If you believe your consumer rights have not been respected, you may contact the Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC).
